Our General Pest plan covers the pests homeowners deal with most — ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, flies, and other common crawling and flying insects (General Pest does not include outdoor wasp traps or indoor fly traps).

It depends on your service. A one-time visit is backed by a 30-day warranty — if the same pest shows up again within those 30 days, we'll come back and treat it at no cost. If you're on one of our recurring plans, that protection runs the whole time you're on the plan: pests show up between scheduled visits, we come back and treat it again, no extra charge.
