Question 1

What's included in a pest control visit?

Accepted Answer

We start with a full inspection of your home, inside and out, so we know exactly what we're dealing with before we treat anything. Then we treat the problem areas we find — not just a generic spray-and-go. Your service includes ongoing protection for every pest we cover, so the problem doesn't just show back up in a few weeks.

Question 2

What pests are included in General Pest Control?

Accepted Answer

Our General Pest plan covers the pests homeowners deal with most — ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, flies, and other common crawling and flying insects (General Pest does not include outdoor wasp traps or indoor fly traps).

Question 3

What if I have a pest that's not on that list?

Accepted Answer

Some pests — like rodents, termites, mosquitoes, and bed bugs — need a different approach and aren't part of the General Pest plan. If that's what you're dealing with, let us know during your free inspection and we'll put together a custom quote for it.

Question 4

What if it turns out to be termites?

Accepted Answer

Termites are a different issue from general pests, and we treat them separately. If we spot signs of termite activity during your inspection, we'll let you know and can schedule a free termite inspection to look closer — no pressure, no obligation.

Question 5

How much does pest control cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on a few things — the size of your home, which pests you're dealing with, and how often you want us to come back. That's exactly why we start with a free inspection: once we see your home, we can give you a real number, along with monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, and yearly options so you can pick what fits.

Question 6

How often will I be serviced?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the plan you pick. For most Orange County homes, bi-monthly hits the right balance between staying protected and not overdoing it. We'll walk you through what makes sense for your home during your free inspection.

Question 7

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Orange County and serve homes throughout the area. Not sure if we cover your zip code? Just ask — we'll confirm it when you request your free inspection.

Question 8

What if pests come back between visits?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your service. A one-time visit is backed by a 30-day warranty — if the same pest shows up again within those 30 days, we'll come back and treat it at no cost. If you're on one of our recurring plans, that protection runs the whole time you're on the plan: pests show up between scheduled visits, we come back and treat it again, no extra charge.

Question 9

Can I just do this myself?

Accepted Answer

You can try, but store-bought sprays and traps usually only kill what you can see — not where the problem is actually coming from. Our technicians are trained to track pests back to the source, whether that's a wall void, a foundation gap, or the yard, and treat that so the fix actually holds.

Question 10

Is pest control worth it if I don't have a problem right now?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes — and it's the cheaper route. Waiting until there's an active infestation almost always means more treatment and more cost to fix it. A little prevention now keeps a small issue from turning into a bigger one later.
